early life
Moshoud Fateh was born to Mr. and Mrs. Fateh on February 26, 1991. He was born and raised in Lagos State, the commercial capital of Nigeria.
He comes from a close-knit Yoruba family, whose ancestral roots are in a state in the southwestern part of the country. He was born into a Muslim family and raised in the Muslim faith. He lived in a middle-class neighborhood in the Lagos mainland area during his formative years.
Mosood Fateh has loved acting since childhood. In primary school, he participated in school plays and in high school, he joined the drama club. He got the idea of becoming an actor in the Nigerian film industry while watching movies and TV series starring leading actors in the industry.

Mosood Fateh received his basic education in a top private kindergarten and primary school. After that, he was admitted to a top public secondary school. He studied in the school for six years and graduated with honors in SSCE.
After obtaining his O’Levels, he began to seek university admission to continue his studies. He was admitted to the University of Ilorin in 2009. He graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Performing Arts.
Moshoud Fateh received his Masters of Arts in Performing Arts from the University of Lagos in 2016.

While still a student at the University of Ilorin, Moshoud Fateh was already a prominent member of the theatre troupe and participated in several drama productions on campus. He also landed a job as a performing artist at Terra Kulture in 2017. After graduating from university, he began acting professionally.
He became a stage actor when he played the lead role of Gwanza in the musical “Spirit of David”. Later that year, he acted in another stage musical “Heartbeat”. The musical was produced by Lufado Productions and staged at Muson Stadium in Onikan, Lagos.
Since then, Moshoud Fattah has acted in short film projects produced in Lagos. During this period, he also wrote and directed two short films. The two projects are Acid Test and Rage Age. He also made a guest appearance in the African fantasy family series The Johnsons.
In 2019, Moshoud Fattah was nominated for the Future Prize Africa (TFAA) acting award. In 2020, he played the secondary lead role in the short film Fishbones. He worked with Nigerian film actors Shafi Bello and Daniel Etim Effiong in the film.
Moshood Fattah rose to fame when he was chosen to play the supporting role of Michael in the Netflix original series Far From Home in 2022. In the same year, he starred in Funke Akindele’s film Battle of Buka Street.
