- Before taking on a lot of quests, focus on upgrading your workshop. In the long run, it will be more beneficial to build new machines and tools, even if it means a reduction in commissions.
- Building more than one important piece of equipment, such as a recycling bin, can speed up the process. Just be careful not to overload the water cooling unit.
- Chat with all residents of Sandrock. This helps build relationships that can lead to lower prices in stores, special gifts, and even potential romantic relationships.
- Pay attention to what the character likes and give them gifts accordingly. This can quickly strengthen your relationship with them.
- Please note the time limits for commissions. Some tasks have deadlines of 24 hours, while others have deadlines of up to 7 days. Failure to complete tasks in a timely manner may result in the loss of income and friendship points.
- Make sure you use all your energy every day. Even if you think you won’t need certain resources now, they might come in handy later.
- Don’t spend all your money on store items. Carry at least 200 Gur with you, as you’ll need it for things like visiting the ruins.
- Visit the Merchant Guild regularly to check for new blueprints. They often have useful plans for furniture and machine parts.

The game is set in a post-apocalyptic world 330 years after the Day of Disaster. Players arrive in the city-state of Sandrock to restore prosperity to the community. They gather resources, build machines, befriend locals, and defend the town from monsters. The game offers a variety of features including combat, exploration, crafting, and interacting with characters.
In My Sandstone Time, players can transform their workshop into a production facility, create unique items, explore a vast desert, experience a detailed story with missions and characters, engage in action combat, and participate in mini-games.
