Naledi Chirwa (born 22 July 1993) is a South African female politician affiliated with the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) group.

She started her career as a student leader in South Africa. This outspoken politician came to the attention of the South African public for her activism in the Remember Khwezi and Fees Must Fall protests that lasted from 2015 to 2017.

She is a prominent and outspoken feminist and one of the Trailblazers of the 2017 National #ThisIsMyVagina campaign for women.

Early life

Naledi Chirwa was born on the 22nd day of July in 1993. She was born and raised in the town of Vosloorus in the Gauteng region of South Africa.

She was primarily raised by her mother and grandmother and little is known about her biological father.
