Navya Nair (Dhanya Raju Nair) is a Haripad-born South Indian film actress, television host, judge, dancer and model who works primarily in the Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada film industries.

She was born in Haripad, Kerala on 14 October 1985. She is a Hindu. Her father’s name is Rajun Nair and her mother’s name is Veena Nair.

early life

Dhanya Veena Nair was born on October 14, 1985 in Muthukulam village near Haripad in Alleppey, Kerala. Her parents are Mr. Raju, a telecom employee, and Veena, a school teacher. She excelled in school before pursuing a career in films.

She started dancing at a young age, learning classical dance and won the Kalathilakam title at the Alleppey District School Youth Festival while attending Bethany Balikamadam Girls High School in Nangiarkulangara, Haripat.

Navya attended MSM High School, Nangiarkulangara Primary School and Bethany Balikamadom High School.

She holds a BA in English and an MBA.
