Halilu Sububu, also known as Halilu Buzu, is notorious for orchestrating acts of violence, including kidnappings, cattle rustling, illegal mining and attacks such as the killing of 19 villagers in Farar Kasa. His network terrorized communities and maintained ties with terrorist groups across the Sahel.
