Not Dead Season 2 Episode 3 Synopsis
In this episode, Duncan Rhodes is introduced to the SoCal Independent staff, drawing attention to his nomination for a Lifetime Achievement Award. Meanwhile, Sam, Dennis, and Nell are nominated for their roles, but Nell has a hard time finding her name on the list. While talking to her “ghost,” Nell considers the idea of motherhood, but is more focused on being a cool aunt to Sam’s daughter.
Nell, who has nowhere to go, takes care of Sam’s daughter Tilly, and develops a deep relationship with Tilly, who is wearing a princess dress. After returning to the apartment, Nell discovers sexy lingerie, which arouses curiosity about Edward’s love life. Later, Sam sends Tilly to Nell’s house and finds her wearing a princess dress, but he doesn’t know that Tilly’s interests are constantly changing.
At the awards ceremony, Sam learns that Lexie orchestrated a fake event to win her father’s approval. Sam is hesitant but stays to support Lexie, only to be hurt when Duncan fails to mention Lexie in his speech.
