Early life and education
Noureen DeWulf, now 39, was born on February 28, 1984, in New York City. She grew up in Stone Mountain, Georgia, to Gujarati Indian parents.
She comes from a Nizari Ismaili Muslim family and has two older sisters. Her older sister, Aziza, is a law professor at Northeastern University, while her younger sister, Sara, practices law in San Francisco.
DeWulf studied international relations and theater at Boston University’s School of the Arts. After completing her studies, she decided to pursue an acting career and moved to Los Angeles.

Noureen DeWulf began her acting career with the lead role of Fatima in the Oscar-winning short film “West Coast Story” 2005.
Since then, she has appeared in numerous television comedies and films. Notable roles include recurring appearances on NBC “Outsourced,” TNT of“Hawthorne,” and MTV “Hard Times for RJ Berger.” She also starred in the short-lived Lifetime series “The man eats.”
DeWulf has appeared in several hit films, including ““The Thirteen Pirates” (2007) and “Contingency plan” (2010).
She co-starred with Matthew McConaughey in the romantic comedy “The Ghost of a Past Girlfriend” (2009) and Jeremy Piven in “Merchandise: Live it up, Sell it out” (2009).
