Oluwagbenga Jerry Amu-wright, stage name Ojayy Wright, was born in Lagos. His father is Bukky Wright, a well-known figure in the Nigerian film industry.
He was born on September 22, 1993 and is 30 years old this year.
His formative years included his time in Nigeria and the U.S. As a child, Ojayi and his family lived in the Mushin and Magodo areas of Lagos State before moving to the United States.
