This black marketeer is located in a canyon, opposite two waterfalls halfway up Mount Flopi. The closest quick travel points are Mount Flopie Summit and Lake Center. From the top of Mount Flopi, follow the right side to find the Black Market Merchant in a grassy and rocky area.

Wind Sweeping Hills 1 Black Market Merchant

This black marketeer is located in the lower left corner of Windswept Mountain, near the coast of Orange Tree. The closest fast travel point is Seabreeze Islands Church. As you climb up the cliffs along the coast, you’ll find the Black Market Merchant near the Orange Leaf Tree, a convenient location for trading.

Windswept Hills 2 Black Market Merchant

The black marketeer is hidden in a cave beneath the rocks in the mangrove forest and is hard to find. The closest fast travel point is the Church of Desolation. Navigate to the vast sandy area to the west of the mangrove to find the entrance to the cave, inside you’ll find the Black Market Merchant.

Windswept Hills 3 Black Market Merchant

Located in the northeast corner of Windswept Hills, between two fast travel points – Icewing Seal Realm and Fortress Ruins. If approaching from the fortress ruins, head northwest. If coming from the Sealed Realm, climb up through the trees to find the Black Market Merchant overlooking the downhill area.

Eastern Wild Island Black Market Merchant

This black marketeer is located near the center of the eastern Wild Isle, in a rocky outcrop. The closest fast travel points are Eastern Wild Island and Natural Bridge. Head west from the Eastern Wild Island fast travel point, land near the river, and search for a rocky outcrop with the Black Market Merchant.

Investigator’s Fork Black Market Merchant

In a cave in a canyon under a wooden bridge near the Wing Tyrant’s sealing realm fast travel point, the black marketeer offered its services. Enter the cave, and within the vast space, you’ll find black marketeers waiting with a variety of goods.

Obsidian Mountain Black Market Merchant

The Black Market Merchant on Obsidian Mountain is in the lower left corner at the end of the beach. The closest quick travel point is Changsha Beach. Although it requires a bit of a trek, the Black Market Merchants are hidden at the end of the beach, making Eversea Beach an ideal fast travel point to quickly reach the location.
