Maia chronicles her journey of raising her daughter. She also shares the story of how the baby’s father insisted she have an abortion and abandoned her when she was seven weeks pregnant.

‘I randomly decided to take a pregnancy test one morning before work. Positive,’ she captioned a video of herself lip-syncing to Sarah Cothran’s cover of Mika’s ‘Grace Kelly.’ When Maia made an appointment with her OB-GYN, she discovered she was five weeks pregnant with twins.

“After telling [the father]“He told me to have an abortion and stop contacting him when I was seven weeks pregnant,” she recalled. “I moved in with my mom and kept my pregnancy a secret from the world.”

Worried about being the sole carer for her two young children, Maia claims she “fell into a deep depression”. “At my 34-week scan, my obstetrician told me I had pre-eclampsia and admitted me to hospital. I started having contractions, went into heart failure and was taken by ambulance to a hospital three hours away.”

Maia’s twins were born prematurely and had to stay in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for three weeks.

“I have two AMAZING daughters who are my best friends and realize that I can do this,” she concluded. “I have family and friends who support me. All my dreams are coming true.”

There have been a number of names thrown around here and there regarding the name and identity of Maia Knight’s baby’s father. One name that has surfaced is Alec Hayes. On the Maia Knight subreddit, several fans have claimed to have seen a photo of Maia. Based on the comments, it’s clear that Maia has twins with a man younger than her.

In fact, based on the calculations, Maia could have been 23 years old while the alleged father of the baby was only 19 or 20 years old. When Maia shared her story on TikTok, most people figured the baby’s father would be around 30 years old. So everyone was shocked to see the guy in the photo had been deleted.

“My first thought was – he’s just a kid,” one Reddit user wrote.

Others confirmed that the boy would be 22 in 2022 and a junior. Another Redditor described the boy, “I was shocked when I saw the picture because he looks exactly like every conservative white guy in my small Kentucky town. I don’t know what I was thinking but I figured that since they’re from NY State (?) they’d have a different style or something.”

According to her recent TikTok videos, Maia’s baby daddy is back. In one video, she captioned the baby “being with their daddy.” She said, “The babies are with their daddy so I had to stop at Dunkin [Donuts] at breakfast, go grocery shopping without having to argue with them, stop by the library to pick up some new books to read, and then, stay there for the rest of the day. I have to keep myself busy or I get sad and lonely.”

So it’s believed that Maia now shares custody with the baby’s father. However, Maia’s TikTok bio suggests that may not be the case as she’s taking on both the “mom and dad” roles.

Maia Knight was born as one of three children to Deborah Morgan and Brent Knight. Her mother was born in January 1972, which makes her 52 years old in 2022. Her father is 53, born in November 1968.

Brent is a Certified Physical Therapist. He has over 25 years of experience in the medical field. HealthCare4PPL reports that Brent graduated with honors in 1997. He specializes in Respiratory, Developmental, Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation Provider/Physical Therapist.

Brent has a private practice called Knight & Associates Physical Therapy. FederalPay.org reported that he borrowed a total of $166,365.

Meanwhile, Deborah is a Registered Nurse. She worked in this role at Canton-Potsdam Hospital from 2012 to 2022. Starting in May 2022, she has been working as a Travel Registered Nurse at Emerald Health Services. Talking about her education, she completed her AS in RN in 2012 from SUNY Canton. Maia Knight has two younger brothers, Ethan and Aidan Knight.

Aiden is Colton-Pierrepont Central’s valedictorian and class president of the class of 2020. He is on the Debate Team, Foreign Language Club, Tri-M Music Honor Society, Marching Band, and National Honor Society.

Additionally, Aiden is the student representative on the Board of Education for the 2019-20 school year.

Aiden has completed AP courses in U.S. History, English, and Calculus as well as college-level courses in English, Physics, Spanish, and Public Speaking. Furthermore, Aiden graduated with an Advanced Regents Diploma with a major in Mathematics and Science. He shared his plans to attend Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and earn a degree in Engineering.

As for Ethan, he studied biological sciences at Binghamton University and graduated in 2020.
