After starting his football career as a quarterback at ‘Texas Tech University’, Mahomes moved on to play for the ‘NFL’s ‘Kansas City Chiefs’, where he was selected in the 2017 ‘NFL Draft’. Early life

Patrick Mahomes II was born in Tyler, Texas, on September 17, 1995, to Randi Martin and Pat Mahomes, a former professional baseball (MLB) player.

In addition to American football, he attended ‘Whitehouse High School’ in Texas and played baseball and basketball. He was an outstanding football player in his senior year of high school.
