Odagiri is the head of the school’s disciplinary committee, and your social connection with him becomes stronger when you’re around him. When you reach rank 10 in this social link, Odagiri will reward you – a cheap lighter.
This may seem like a simple item, but it’s important because it allows you to fuse a powerful character in the Velvet Room called Odin, the God of Storms. Joining Odagiri’s student union was a good move. It not only allows you to establish the emperor social chain, but also opens the justice social chain. It’s smart to start early, and it’s one of the social links that gets the most out of you faster. Additionally, fusing the character of Imperial Arcana will give you some nice bonuses.
It would be a good idea to maximize the Emperor’s social connections with Odagiri. Rewards include a cheap lighter and a Twilight Shard from the game’s character Elizabeth. These shards are very useful, especially in Tartarus, to open locked chests that may contain powerful gear.

To unlock the Emperor’s Social Link in Persona 3: Reloaded, you first need to join the Student Council. On April 27th, Mitsuru will invite you for your leadership skills. Once you receive the invitation, head to the Staff Room and talk to Ms. Choumi to formalize your membership. The Student Council Room is located on the second floor of Gekkokan High School, where you will meet other members and activate the Emperor Social Link.

An overview of the emperor’s social relations
The social connection with Odagiri belongs to Emperor Akana. It provides bonuses for preferred responses and the fusion of the Persona with the Emperor’s Arcana Persona. Before meeting Odagiri, you can fuse or summon the Emperor Arcana Persona in the Velvet Room. Attend Student Union meetings on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (excluding exam days and holidays) to enhance social connections.
Odagiri social connection best response at all levels
Building a relationship with Odagiri requires attending student council meetings and choosing your responses wisely. Having the Emperor character earns you extra points, but it’s not mandatory. Here are some responses at different levels:

After reaching level 10, Odagiri will reward you with a cheap lighter, which is a key item for fusing Odin, the Goddess of Storms. The Velvet Room is located in Paulownia Mall and Tartarus and can be found during the Dark Hour, where you can fuse characters.
Maximize the Emperor’s social connections
Joining the Student Council early opens up social connections between the Emperor and Justice. Odagiri’s Social Link will soon be maxed out, providing rewards for fusing the Emperor Arcana Persona. In this game, you play as a high school student who returns to his hometown ten years after his parents died in a car accident. The protagonist can summon something called a Persona, which is like a manifestation of his inner spirit. He joined a group called the Special Extracurricular Enforcement Team (SEES) with others who could do the same thing. Together they must fight against the Shadow and solve the mysteries of the Dark Hour.
Fans of the Persona series are eager for a Persona 3 remake, especially after the success of Persona 5. Game developer Atlus officially stated that they heard the voices of fans and began development of “Reload” in 2019. They announced the game in June 2023 and first talked about it in April 2023.
Reload retains the story of the original Persona 3, but makes it look and function better. Azusa Shimada came up with new designs for the characters, and Shige Soejima made sure everything looked good. Atsushi Kitajoh produced new music for the game, with some songs performed by Azumi Takahashi and Lotus Juice. The game aims to match the quality of subsequent games in the Persona series.

The game’s interface has been upgraded to make it easier to understand and navigate, and provides objective descriptions to help players progress through the story.
