Takamaki An is the first choice in Persona 5: Tactics. With her fiery character Carmen, she can perform powerful burning attacks and has the highest SP total in the game. While he’s a decent supporting character, he falls short compared to his previous strengths. Haru Okumura, despite using Milady’s Hypnosis skills to perform powerful attacks, faces limitations due to her limited mobility. Her grenade launcher lacks the range of other characters’ guns, which limits her combat potential.

Development of Persona 5 Tactics

“Persona 5 Tactica” was unveiled at the Xbox Game Showcase in June 2023, marking Atlus’ entry into the tactical role-playing game genre in the “Persona” series.
