Early life
Navarro was born in Massachusetts on July 15, 1949. His father played in a house band and was a clarinetist in New Hampshire. His parents divorced when he was 9 years old and Navarro lived with his mother in Florida.
Peter Navarro attended Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School. Peter Navarro attended Tufts University on a scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts.
