Born February 12, 1964 in Boston, Massachusetts, Palandjian played professional tennis for over two years before officially retiring in 1989.
Palandjian became CEO of Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation in 1993, a company founded by his father, Petros A. Palandjian, in 1959.

Early life and education
Peter Palandjian’s journey began in Boston, where he was born into an Armenian family on February 12, 1964, to his father Petros A. Palandjian.
Pater also has an older brother named Paul Palandjian. He attended Phillips Academy Andover and then went on to earn a BA in Literature from Harvard University, graduating in 1987.
He continued his education at Harvard Business School, where he received his MBA in 1993.
During his time at Harvard, Peter not only excelled academically but also captained the Harvard tennis team, participating in the NCAA championships in both singles and doubles.

Peter’s personal life is very eventful. He was previously married to Marie-Louise “Minou” Palandjian, with whom he has four children: Manon, Petros, Margot and Madelon.
He then found love again with actress Eliza Dushku. The couple got engaged in 2017 and married in 2018.
Their family expanded with the arrival of two sons, Philip (Bourne) in 2019 and Bodan in 2021.
Career
After leaving college, Peter played tennis professionally and won six ATP Tour Challenger titles—all in doubles.
His victories also extended to Grand Prix tournaments, where he faced formidable opponents.
In 1988, he competed in men’s doubles at three Grand Slam tournaments: the French Open, Wimbledon and the US Open.
His brother, Paul, also shared a passion for tennis and the two played together in a Grand Prix tournament.
Peter’s journey didn’t stop on the tennis court, however. He moved into the business world, working with Bain & Company and then serving as an assistant to the CEO of Staples.
In 1993, he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, a company founded by his father, Petros A. Palandjian, in 1959.
Under Peter’s leadership, the company has grown from construction services to private real estate investment management.
