Porsha Williams was born on June 22, 1981 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Her parents are both entrepreneurs. She has a half-sister named Lauren Williams and a brother named Hosea.

Porsha Williams began her high school education at Southwest Delkab High School in Decatur, Georgia.
She then went to American InterContinental University to pursue a bachelor’s degree in business information technology.

In 2005, at the age of 24, Porsha Williams opened a daycare center, which she later revealed was inspired by her parents. In the same year, 2015, she modeled for the Atlanta Dymes “Pin-Up Girl” calendar.
In 2009, Porsha Williams met football player Kordell Stewart and they tied the knot in May 2011.
