Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown plot
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown introduces a hero named Sargon. He is a young member of a tribe of warriors called the Immortals. Sargon must travel to the cursed city of Mount Kaf to rescue Prince Gasan.
The Persian Empire was on the verge of collapse due to more than 30 years of drought and famine and the invasion of the Kushan Empire. Thanks to the efforts of the Immortals, a recent Kushan invasion of Persian territory was repulsed. Sargon and the Immortals were praised for their efforts by Queen Saumyris and Prince Gasan, but the prince was kidnapped by Sargon’s mentor, General Anahita, while celebrating their victory.
Sargon and the Immortals travel to the sacred Mount Kaf to find Anahita, the site of a castle that once served as a great center of learning before being destroyed by an unknown curse. The Immortals suspect that Anahita is using Ghassan’s royal lineage to gain access to the Temple of Simorg and obtain the blessings of the divine bird, which will allow her to overthrow Tomiris.
