Takeoff was killed after being shot during a high-stakes dice game at 810 Billiards & Bowling on November 1, 2022. After his death, Houston police arrested and charged 34-year-old Patrick Clarke , ABC7 reported. However, Clarke still maintains his innocence.
Detectives in the case believe Clarke had a gun in one hand and a bottle of alcohol in the other when surveillance cameras recorded him firing the weapon at Takeoff. Those fingerprints are believed to have helped identify Clarke.
