Raphael Gamaliel Warnock (born July 23, 1969) is an American Baptist pastor and politician.
He has served as Georgia’s junior senator since 2021, a historic role as the first African-American senator from Georgia and the first African-American Democrat from the South to serve in the Senate.
As a respected member of Democratic PartyRaphael Warnock took office on January 20, 2021, coinciding with the inauguration of President Joe Biden.

In 2005, he assumed the role of senior pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, where he continues to lead to this day.

Personal life
Raphael Warnock, who currently lives in Atlanta, married Oulèye Ndoye in a public ceremony on February 14, 2016, after a private ceremony in January. They have two children together, Chloe Warnock and Caleb Warnock.
