Ready or Not Carriers of the Vine, Complete Mission List in Ready or Not

Is Grapevine Carrier Ready?

“Vine Carrier” is the fifteenth mission in the game Ready or Not. During this mission, one officer was killed and another officer was shot at the Cherryessa Family Vineyard in San Vino. The team’s mission is to quickly deploy and clear the mysterious compound.

The mission took place at Cherryessa Family Vineyards at 1430 hours. The group received a briefing from leadership, emphasizing the urgency of the situation. One police officer, Sergeant Perez, was killed and Officer Garcia was trapped and heavily shot at. Cherryessa Vineyard is known for being conservative, but today, LSPD received a report that a group of women there assaulted a man at a convenience store. The suspect fled in a white Ford and was traced to Elaine Raskin, a former U.S. Intelligence Service member with a sealed record.

The team’s primary goal was to rescue Officer Garcia from the Vineyard’s central courtyard. The complex consists of three main buildings and several smaller buildings that may pose a threat. The rescue team needed to establish a perimeter following the rescue and attempt to make contact with Elaine Raskin.

Leaders stress the importance of studying the vineyard layout when they move in, as time is of the essence. The team was warned of potential hazards in the vineyard and needed to avoid a recurrence of the problem.

trend

Maps in Ready or Not are related to lore (potential spoilers)

In Ready or Not, some maps connect to others to form a larger narrative about the ongoing cases in the city. These connections may not be immediately obvious to the player, requiring them to connect the dots to fully grasp the story behind each crime scene. Here’s what we’ve gathered so far, revealing connections between specific crimes and maps:

  • Distribution of child pornography:

    • 23 megabytes per second
    • spider
    • winding path
    • Valley of the Dolls
  • Distribution of methamphetamine:

    • welcome to visit again
    • twisted nerves
  • Militant extremism:

    • March 15th
    • sons of heavenly father
    • fatal obsession
  • terrorism:

  • Illegal arms trade:

    • the end of the earth
    • oiled palms
    • rust belt
    • Buy cheap, buy twice
    • Baohan Port
    • elephant
  • Murder and Assault:

These connections are drawn from information within each mission, including briefings, evidence on secondary targets, and suspects’ personal logs. This is not strictly a list of interconnected maps, some, like Port Horkan, are part of a wider conspiracy network. Players can explore the game in any order they like, but this list serves as a useful starting point for those who want to piece together each map’s story on their own.

ready or not

In Ready or Not, you basically play as a cop dealing with a difficult situation. The game is characterized by hyper reality. You have to plan your moves carefully, as it only takes a few shots to knock you or your enemy down. You can choose your weapons and make them your own by adding cool stuff like scopes and silencers.

There are also gadgets like grenades and shields to help you. You can also use harmless weapons, such as a Taser or pepper spray, to catch the bad guys without doing much damage to them. But sometimes, these harmless weapons can accidentally cause more damage than you expect.

When you face bad guys, you have to be careful that they may try to trick you by feigning depression or even faking death. So, you have to be smart and put handcuffs on them to make sure they are really unusable. Here’s the thing: If you end up hurting innocent people or your own team, the game won’t be too happy about it. Just like following the rules and being fair is a big thing in the gaming world.

Ready or not to develop

Production of the Ready or Not game began in June 2016, and a video about the game was shown on YouTube in May 2017. In August 2019, a special early version was given out to some people who owned the special edition of the game, but they didn’t keep it a secret.

In April 2020, they let some backers and YouTubers try out parts of the game and share their thoughts. The game was officially launched into Early Access on Steam in December 2021. Later, in 2023, they said the entire game was ready and released.

They mentioned new missions around combating and illegal cryptocurrency mining, as well as improvements such as better gear and characters that can do more on their own. There were a few issues along the way, such as a collaboration with another team called Team17 that didn’t work out and issues on Steam due to the game being set in a nightclub level, but they fixed that and got a backup of the game.
