Regina was born on October 10, 2000, in Lagos, Nigeria.
She is the daughter of actress and producer Rita Daniels. Her mother is also a politician and serves as the President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) Delta State Chapter.
There are six children in her family. She has two older sisters and three younger brothers. She is the fifth child in the family.
She grew up in Asaba, Delta State in the South-South region of the country.
