Meanwhile, Sam-young and Jin-wook are shocked by the appearance of Hyun-woo’s ghost and hurriedly escape from the house. Determined to understand the circumstances of Hyun-woo’s death, San-young questions a teenager, who provides a puzzling flashback that reveals Hyun-woo’s ominous request to update his house before tragically jumping off a cliff.

Despite the dangerous situation, Haishang cleverly used glass shards to save himself and his children. As chaos ensues, Sanying arrives just in time to rescue them both, and the police subsequently arrest Hyun-woo’s parents. Miraculously, Hyun-woo’s soul dissipates into the ether. Despite these supernatural events, Sanying remains suspicious of evil spirits.
