The Revenant Season 1 Plot
When a portal to another realm opens, malevolent entities known as demons emerge into our world. Goo San Young (played by Kim Tae Ri) is possessed by one of the demons, and Yeom Hae Sang (played by Oh Jung Se) has the unique ability to see and identify the demon that possesses Goo San Young. Together they embark on a journey to uncover the truth behind mysterious deaths related to five sacred objects.
Goo Sanying works part-time during the day and studies to become a low-level public servant at night, leading a busy life. After receiving some relics from her late father, she finds herself surrounded by strange deaths and slowly transformed.
Yeom Haesang was from a privileged background and taught Korean folklore at the university. He has had the extraordinary power to sense demons in the world since he was a child. In his early years, he witnessed his mother being killed by a demon. When Yeom Hae Sang meets Goo San Young, he faces the demon that caused his mother’s death.

After Koo San Young came into contact with a souvenir left by his late father, he was possessed by an evil spirit. Yeom Hae-sang tries to warn her about the dangerous ghost, but Sam-young initially dismisses his words.
