Despite the departure of member Ashley Jones, the band continued to thrive and in 2006 won the Stellar Award for Best Traditional Group/Duo.
In 2009, RiZen released their third album, “Free,” Under the Verity Label. This album shows their growth as artists and their ability to deliver powerful messages through their music.
Produced by renowned urban gospel singers Fred Hammond, Aaron Lindsey, Daniel Weatherspoon and RiZen music director Ay’Ron Lewis, “Free” It received critical acclaim and further solidified their place in the gospel music industry.
Currently, RiZen’s career is recovering. With all four members returning, they have begun “RiZen reunion tour,” bringing their uplifting music to audiences around the world.
Their latest single “He will be there.》 received positive responses from radio stations and listeners, reigniting people’s passion and love for RiZen music.
