Sean “Diddy” Combs faces shocking and graphic allegations related to drugging and sexually assaulting a “Robocop” stuntman.
Tony Buzbee, who filed three new complaints today, detailed the music icon’s abuse of influence.
According to legal documents seen by AllHipHop, an individual known as “John Doe” alleges that Diddy lured him to New York in 2001 with the prospect of a music video opportunity.
However, the situation quickly turned into something worrying. The person reportedly met the disgraced music mogul at an upscale hotel near Central Park under the impression that it was an audition.
After the initial offer of drinks, with the first being alcohol which he refused and the second being Diet Coke, the situation got worse. Doe recalls feeling lightheaded and nauseous immediately afterward, only to realize that his drink may have been spiked.
Upon waking up in a haze, Doe found himself in a harrowing situation where Diddy allegedly sexually assaulted him.
The distinctive chest tattoo and gold cross necklace Diddy wore were the focus of Doe’s attention during the assault. The ordeal continued when Doe claimed that not only Diddy’s bodyguard was involved, but another individual in the vicinity was also involved in the assault, recording the incident on camera and sharing laughter .
Doe also recalls how he hastily left the hotel in a state of disbelief, accidentally dropping his beloved “Robocop” stunt jacket, a loss he could never make up for.
As he walked out, an individual allegedly cruelly taunted him with the words, “Hope you’re having fun.”
When he returned home, as stated in the legal complaint, Doe went into the bathroom for some privacy. It was during this routine act of release that an unexpected item, a condom, appeared.
According to the officially filed document, “Upon returning home, Plaintiff tried to put it out of his mind, but was reminded of it when he painfully defecated with the used condom use and realize you are bleeding from your rectum when the bleeding does not stop for a long time.” A few days later, Plaintiff visited a local clinic and then a proctologist who repaired Plaintiff’s ### with a laser procedure,” the complaint states.
After the incident, the man decided to seek medical attention due to various injuries he sustained, such as rectal bleeding and broken teeth. The reported assault had a lasting impact on Doe, causing Doe physical and emotional distress.
