Early life and education

Romeo Tan was born in Singapore on 9 April 1985. He is the third and youngest child of Lee-Leng Tan, a full-time housewife, and Michael Tan, a businessman. He has two brothers: Rowell Tan and Robin Tan.

He grew up in a HDB flat in Ang Mo Kio and attended Rosay School for primary school. Romeo Tan attended Hwa Chong Institution for secondary school and National Junior College for junior college.

After graduating from college, Romeo was admitted to Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore, majoring in business administration and minoring in marketing. In 2007, he graduated with honors.
