The Igbo actress hails from Amaraku village in Isi-Ala Mbano LGA in Imo State, Nigeria.

Ruby Ojiakor completed her primary and secondary education in Port Harcourt and went on to Enugu state for higher studies.

Since then, she has featured in over 80 Nollywood movies, including; Soldiers of War, Broken Feelings, Pot of Cash, My True Love and Bloody Sins, to mention just a few.
She was recognized as one of the most promising talents in the Nollywood industry and was nominated for an award Most Promising Actress in Nigeria award at the City People’s Entertainment Awards.
