Samantha Okanlawon (born 29 August 1998), professionally known as Sam Okan, is a 25-year-old British-Nigerian actress and model based in London, United Kingdom.
Sam Okan is one half of the Okan twins. Her older sister’s name is Casilda Okan also known as Cas Okan. Sam Okan is sometimes known as Samantha Okan.

Early life
Sam Okan was born on August 29, 1998, to Mr. and Mrs. Okan. She has a twin sister, Casilda Okan, often referred to as Cas Okan.

Education
Along with her sister, she obtained her GCSEs from Sanders School, UK in 2012.
In 2016, she graduated from Identity Drama School.
She also attended Fox and Chips acting school and completed a screen acting course in 2017.
Career
From an early age, she and her sister showed an interest in acting and always participated in school plays.
After leaving high school, Sam Okan signed with the modeling agency IAG Commercials.
In 2012, she appeared in Katherine Smith’s music video Candy Girls.
In 2014, she was cast in the BBC show Silent Witness. She played a supporting role in the show.
She modeled for a Trainline advertisement in 2015.
Along with her sister Cas Okan, she played a role in the 2015 American film, The Weekend.
In 2016, she appeared in the film Doctor Strange.
She modeled for Kellogg’s Special K commercials. She played a teenage soccer player.
In 2017, she starred in the short film Blueprint.
In 2018, she took on a role in the short film Built To Be, opposite leading British actor Akash Prasad.
Sam Okan and her sister were cast in Kunle Afolayan’s Citation starring Temi Otedola. Principal photography of the film began in 2019 and the film was finally released in November 2020.
She acted alongside Nollywood actors such as Joke Silva, Gabriel Afolayan, Bukunmi Oluwashina, Yomi Fash Lanso, Ini Edo and Temi Otedola.
