They still maintained that they were in love and Shawn even met Sara’s family.

When Sara Isaac began her relationship with Shawn Osbourne, she was serving a six-year prison sentence for involuntary manslaughter. She was arrested in 2014 for injecting heroin into a man named Richard W. Root, Jr. He died of an overdose shortly afterward. Involuntary manslaughter is a first-degree felony. Sarah served six years at the Dayton Correctional Facility in Ohio. Sara was just 22 years old when she committed the crime.
Along with Sara, two other girls were also arrested at the time for tampering with evidence. Renee Forbes and Katherine Michelle Campbell attempted to hide syringes, money, and drugs from Richard W. Root before police arrived.
Before being convicted of manslaughter, she was also arrested and charged with “handling illegal drug material” in 2011, when she was just 19 years old.
