The son of dentist G. Robert Evans III and dancer Lisa Capuano, who later became the artistic director of Concord Youth, Scott Evans was born on September 21, 1983, and grew up in Sudbury, Massachusetts, USA.

On January 15, 2008, Scott Evans made his debut as the show’s regular police officer Oliver Fish. Later, in 2008, he made a brief guest appearance as Trey on Guiding Light. He also played Woody Sage in the June 22 episode of Law & Order: Criminal Intent, “Betrayal,” and played Ben in the October 21 episode of Fringe, “The Cure.”

Scott Evans played the postman Chad in the 2009 film Confessions of a Shopaholic. He was initially hired by One Life to Live for five episodes, but he went on to appear in a total of 137 episodes. Kyle Lewis and Oliver Fish’s relationship began in July 2009 on the TV series.

The plot became even more notorious when actress Patricia Mauceri, a regular on One Life to Live since 1995, was removed from the show due to her objections to her character’s involvement in the plot, allegedly due to her personal religious beliefs.

In 2010, Scott Evans and Brett Claywell were fired and the One Life to Live storyline was abandoned. He also guest-starred in the AMC television series Rubicon as an American who participated in a serious terrorist attack with al-Qaeda.
