Sean Combs ‘Manipulated’ Women into ‘Incest Relationships’ with Male Prostitutes, Recorded Acts, Unsealed Indictment Says

The newly unsealed federal indictment of Sean “Diddy” Combs shows that Combs routinely manipulated women into a state of “paranoia,” a term that refers to using force to keep victims in prolonged sexual relationships with male prostitutes.

He is currently facing three felony charges—extortion, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution.

According to the Southern District of New York, the first line reads: “For decades, the defendant abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to satisfy his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his behavior.”

The indictment states, “Combs manipulated women into engaging in elaborately staged sexual acts with male prostitutes…Combs secured the participation of these women by…obtaining and distributing drugs to them…using threats and violence.”

Combs is scheduled to appear in federal court on Tuesday after being arrested the day before.

Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, arrived at Manhattan federal court and spoke briefly to reporters outside.

“Basically, he came to New York to engage with the court system and start his case, and the case starts today, and he’s going to plead not guilty,” Agnifilo said.

“He will fight with all the energy, strength and confidence of his lawyers.”

The arrest comes nearly six months after federal authorities raided his homes in Los Angeles and Miami.

An indictment detailing the charges is expected to be unsealed Tuesday morning, according to U.S. Attorney Damian Williams.

The rapper is facing multiple sexual assault allegations. In November 2023, his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura filed a lawsuit against him, accusing him of rape, sex trafficking, and physical abuse.

However, an undisclosed settlement was reached the following day; since then, several women have come forward to accuse the Combs brothers of sexual misconduct, including his former music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones.
