The video shows the 47-year-old singer performing her latest song, “Soltera”, before seemingly noticing the audience trying to film her.

The video then shows Shakira turning to the audience with a wave before leaving the stage with security. Reports say she was then greeted by fans and VIPs backstage.
Critics were quick to express their disapproval of the filming, with @itsme_urstruly suggesting, “Whoever filmed it should be arrested for sexual assault.”
@ArtsRayne added, “Can’t Shakira even enjoy and dance to her OWN song??”

But some social media users criticized the “Hips Don’t Lie” singer for wearing an “inappropriate” outfit.
@TshepoTC11 said, “That will teach her how to dress appropriately. People are not rude. They are teaching her a lesson.”
@miguelfroca_ also said, “Maybe if he wasn’t so bad she wouldn’t have that problem. Maybe,” and @dietcokechad suggested, “Don’t wear such short skirts.”

The news comes after Shakira confidently declared she had regained her “sexiness” following her split from long-term lover Gerard Pique.
