Early life
Shallou’s real name is Joe Boston, born in 1993 in Rockville, Maryland. He grew up in a musical family and his father introduced him to artists such as Radiohead, Wilco and James Blake. Boston began making music in his teens, influenced by musicians such as Blake and Gold Panda.
