Shania Twain, a renowned music artist, was born on August 28, 1965 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. She is the youngest of three daughters of Sharon Morrison and Clarence Edwards. When she was two years old, her parents divorced and her mother remarried Jerry Twain, an Ojibwa.
The family then moved to Timmins, Ontario. Shania Twain has four siblings: Carrie Ann Edwards, Darryl Twain, Jill Edwards and Mark Twain. While in Timmins, Shania Twain attended Timmins High School and Vocational School.
