Early life

Simone Biles was born on March 14, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio. She is from Texas. She is the third child in her family and has three siblings: Adria, Ashley, and Tevin.

Her mother is Shannon. Simone Biles’ mother was unable to care for her and her siblings, so they were frequently in and out of foster care.

When Simone was three years old, her grandfather began caring for her and her siblings. They moved to his home in Spring, Texas. Two years later, her grandfather and his second wife officially adopted Simone and Adria.
