Snoop Dogg was born on October 20, 1971 to Beverly Tate (mother) and Vernell Varnado (father). He was named Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., after his stepfather – Calvin Cordozar Broadus Sr. He was born in Long Island Beach, California. He is Bing Worthington’s brother.
