Step 1: Report to Commander Hatoum at Forward Base Toliman II 411

• After rescuing Caesar in the War Relics mission, talk to Hadrian at the Red Devil’s HQ.
• She will instruct you to go to London, where the Terror Transformation broke out, and report to Commander Hatoum at Toliman II Forward Base 411.

Step 2: (Optional) Equip in the Armory

• Before proceeding further, a visit to the Armory is highly recommended.
• In the Armory you can find the UC Antixeno Space Suit as well as other weapons and supplies. The suit is designed to defend against aliens.

Step 3: Clean up the processing plant

• Follow the quest markers to the processing plant.
• Destroy any Terrormorphs and other hostile creatures in the area.
• Make your way through the factory, taking out threats as you go.

Step 4: Collect Acele Samples

• Continue through the processing plant and look for Acele samples. Follow the quest markers to find them.

Step 5: Go through the steam tunnel to the spaceport

• After collecting the Asel samples, head to the Steam Tunnel.
• Follow the tunnel to the spaceport. Be prepared to face terrifying shapeshifters along the way.

Step 6: Kill the Horrible Shapeshifter in the Steam Tunnel and collect its sample

• In the steam tunnels, you’ll encounter the Horrible Shapeshifter. Engage and beat it.
• Collect samples from defeated Terrors.

Step 7: Kill the horrific shape-shifting anomaly in the spaceport and obtain its sample

• Head to the spaceport, where you’ll encounter horrific shape-shifting anomalies.
• This enemy is larger and more difficult to deal with than your average Horror Shapeshifter, so be prepared for a challenging fight.
• Before nerfing the anomaly, lay a mine near the mission marker.
• Defeat the horrific shape-shifting anomalies and collect samples from them.

Step 8: Discuss all findings with the team

• After collecting all necessary samples and completing objectives, return to Forward Base 411 on Toliman II.
• Speak with Commander Hatoum and discuss your findings with the group.

How to complete hostile intelligence in the starry sky?

In the “Hostile Intelligence” mission, part of the United Colonies storyline, you’ll venture to London to collect vital data on the horrific shapeshifters and Asseles creatures in order to combat the ongoing threat.

• Talk to Commander Hatoum: At Forward Base 441, Commander Hatoum will brief you on the dangers of the Terror Shapeshifters and provide you with equipment.

• Equip in the Armory: Don’t skip the Armory; equip Antixeno armor and gear. Then talk to Hadrian.

• Find Horrible Transformation Specimens: Explore London’s steam tunnels and encounter the Lazarus Plant, which transforms into horrific shape-shifters. Get a sample of Horror Transformation.

• Restoring power with Kaiser: Reboot your office system to restore power and discover important information.

• Find the Final Sample: Enter the spaceport, defeat the terrifying shapeshifters guarding it, and obtain the final sample.

• Rooftop Conversation: Chat with Dr. Walker and Hadrian on the rooftop to complete the quest.
