Early life and education
Stephanie Louise Rice, OAM, was born on June 17, 1988 in Brisbane, Australia. She was raised by her parents, Raelene Clark and Warren Rice, and grew up with two siblings: a half-brother named Mitchell and a half-sister named Coutenay, due to her mother’s remarriage.
