SZA has released the music video for her song “Drive” and it features a surprise appearance from a great comedy.
The song’s new visual dropped on December 20, and Stiller looks mesmerized in the moody clip as he lip-syncs the lyrics while driving.
“I stayed up until midnight, driving to nowhere / Bumpin’ a slow song, my mind couldn’t clear / I stayed up until dawn, getting nowhere / Hoping that there was someone is missing me somewhere,” he mouthed behind the wheel of the car.
SZA also talked about all the exes she still wants to reconnect with, but she doesn’t have time for them right now.
“Being attacked, I think I’ve reached my peak / All my exes still love me / Call me, he’s going crazy / All my opponents look miserable / What are you How to copy and compete? SZA sings.
Stiller, still behind the wheel, began to fall asleep before waking up with renewed energy that allowed the actor to make a few donuts while leaning his head out the car window.
At the end of the video, Stiller drives away, only for SZA to appear as a sexy alien insect as she crawls through the swamp. The song is taken from SZA’s upcoming project titled LANA that was supposed to be released on December 20, but it has yet to materialize according to reports.
This is not the first time SZA and Stiller have had an exchange. The actor reacts in an episode Tonight’s show starring Jimmy Fallon knowing that SZA loved her Apple TV+ show, quit.
Fallon read a tweet from SZA in which she wrote, “Trying to be polite, but I really need a new quit season right now.”
Stiller later tweeted back, “Ok, ok, got it.”
“God, please accept my humble apologies LMFAO whenever you’re ready, just die of thirst. It’s the best show ever, you’re a crazy person. Thank you. Thank you Mr. Stiller, Your Majesty,” SZA tweeted back.
“What SZA wants, SZA gets,” Stiller told Fallon before continuing to discuss the show’s new season.
