early life
Taylor Alison Swift was born on December 13, 1989, at Reading Hospital in West Reading, Pennsylvania.
She comes from a family of four, which includes her father, Scott Kingsley Swift, her mother, Andrea Gardner Swift, and lastly, her elder brother, Austin Swift, who is a film actor.
Taylor is of Scottish descent and her father named her after an artist named James Taylor.

Taylor Swift started her education at the Alvernia Montessori School, where she completed kindergarten and pre-school before transferring to a new school called the Windcroft School. Later, her family had to move to Wyoming, Pennsylvania. There, she had to attend the Wyoming Regional Middle School and High School.
At the age of 14, Taylor Swift had already begun her music career and her family had to move to a new house in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Due to the family relocation, she had to transfer to a new school, Hendersonville High School.
