The Avett Brothers
The Avett Brothers is a band from Concord, North Carolina. The main members are two brothers, Scott and Seth Avett, who are joined by Bob Crawford and Joe Kwon. They each play different instruments, such as banjo, guitar, and cello.
Before forming this band, Scott and Seth had been in another band called Nemo. The Avett Brothers blend together many different styles of music, such as bluegrass, country, punk, and pop. People love their music because it is a unique blend.
They say it sounds a bit like a mix of Townes Van Zandt, Buddy Holly, the Beatles and the Ramones. This special blend makes their music stand out.
