Ajax:
- Body Strengthening: Vision no longer grants void energy, and increases defense and energy shield based on maximum health.
- Matrix Recalculation: Modified banishment to grant buffs that help allies. Obtained from any Interception mission and dropped from Elite and Commander enemies.
- Void Barrier: Orbital barriers can move and reflect damage back to enemies. Can be found in any interception mission.
- Void Charge: Modify the damage of Void Walking so that it increases in proportion to the defense. Obtained during any Interception mission.
Blair:
- Backdraft: Changes Extinguishment, increasing weak point attack power instead of defense power. Found on the DeadBride interception mission.
- Classic Chef: Modified the Pitmaster to increase the critical hit rate of guns and skills based on the number of fire zones. Obtained during the Pyromaniac Intercept mission.
- Incendiary: Changes flames, throwing projectiles that create areas of fire. Found during the Devourer Interception mission.

- Attack Force: Changes the effect of healing turrets and summons assault turrets. Found during the Blocker Interception mission.
