Early life
Omoha Nduka was born in Abakaliki on 3 September 1995, he hails from Umuebe Ezzamgbo in Ohaukwu local government area of Ebonyi state, Nigeria.
He completed his primary and secondary education in Ebonyi and continued his studies at Ebonyi State University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science.
Career
Omoha Nduka’s perseverance and intense desire to succeed prompted him to start a recharge card business while still in school at the age of 14.
The turning point in his life was around 2010 to 2011 when he visited his brother in Lagos. After two visits, he decided to join his brother in the business where he saved a considerable amount of money and ventured into the mining sector. Things took a turn for the worse after he secured his first contract worth a million dollars with a Chinese company to supply mineral stones.
He then went to Hong Kong for work and returned to Nigeria and founded Prince Luxury Group in 2016, which has now become one of the fastest growing companies in the real estate sector, his company specializes in Modern Residential Housing in Lagos, Abuja and other parts of the country.
Prince Omoha is known as a philanthropist who uses his “Prince Omoha Foundation” platform to support hundreds of young entrepreneurs as well as the less privileged across Nigeria.

Omoha Nduka is considered one of the richest and most influential young real estate entrepreneurs in Nigeria. He has an estimated net worth of ₦1.5 billion to ₦2 billion naira as of October 2020 according to the latest Forbes and Bloomberg index.
