Tom Moyane also served as national commissioner of the Department of Correctional Services and CEO of Government Printing Works. He also served as an advisor to the State Information Technology Agency.
Tom Moyane was exiled from South Africa during the apartheid era. However, outside of South Africa, he remained relevant in other countries because he worked closely with the government. He held important positions in Mozambique and Guinea Bissau.
