Conrad Rybicki, 22, died in a roofing accident. Last month, a young Toronto man died in a fatal accident while participating in a rooftop adventure downtown. Conrad Rybicki, 22, who recently returned to Canada from Poland, died during an unfortunate outing that appears to be related to the dangerous activity.
The man’s parents came forward and expressed their heartfelt pleas to Toronto’s CTV News to discourage others from engaging in similar activities. The Toronto Police Service, in partnership with the Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario, immediately launched an investigation into the tragic death of Conrad Rebicki.
Rebicki lived in Canada for two years and his death left authorities searching for answers. A video that circulated on a TikTok account last June showed Rebicki dangling precariously by his feet from the edge of a towering building on Front Street while his camera captured stunning views of the CN Tower and Rogers Centre.
