In his personal life, Tim came out as gay in 2007 in an interview with LGBTQ Nation. “I saw a future with a wife and kids and a job as a senior strategist for the Republican Party, who tried to push all thoughts of gay people into some box in their brains,” said former Jed Bush student.

Tyler and Tim both took to Instagram to share the news of the birth of their first child on January 6, 2018, with Tyler writing, “Meet Toulouse Anne. Born on a Wednesday, now ours. Perfect in every way,” alongside a photo of him and the newborn.

Tyler Jameson comes from a small family of parents and one sibling. Tyler’s father, Steven Kent Jameson, 68, is a physician at Monroe Medical Center. He also attended the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
Tyler’s mother, Ann Jameson, is 64 years old in 2023. According to her LinkedIn username, she has been a teacher in Monroe County for the past 42 years. She completed her Master’s Degree at Radford University and her Bachelor’s Degree at Marshall University.
