Valorant Update 7.01 Patch Notes and Updates

brave

Valorant is a popular first-person shooter released in June 2020 by Riot Games, the company that also developed the popular League of Legends. The game quickly gained a following and became one of the most played games in the world.

In Valorant, two teams of five players compete against each other, with one team defending and the other attacking. The game is played in rounds, each lasting a maximum of two minutes. The team that wins the most rounds in a match wins the match.

Players select agents with unique abilities and weapons to use throughout the game. Each agent has four abilities, which are often tactical and game-changing. Agents are divided into four categories: Controllers, Duelists, Initiators, and Sentinels. Controllers are great for creating choke points; Duelist is known for its aggressive gameplay. Initiators are good at scouting and helping their team gain information about the enemy team, and Sentinels are responsible for anchoring locations on the map.

Riot Games designed Valorant as a competitive game where players around the world can compete in online tournaments to prove their skills. The “Valorant” professional league is called the “Valorant Champions Tour” (VCT), where teams from different regions compete with each other for the ultimate prize.

“Valorant” has become a popular FPS game since its release. It offers everything a traditional FPS fan could want, such as great graphics, stunning gameplay, and a unique set of abilities. With its competitive nature, there’s no doubt that Valorant will continue to be one of the most popular games for years to come.

Ignition stage is online!

  • If you participated in the Premier Open Beta, first of all, thank you! Second, everyone is starting from scratch with Ignition, so you’ll have to form or join a new team this time, too. However, your team and game history will continue from Ignition until the August launch, so choose your team name carefully. (Cannot be changed later!)
  • The deadline to register is July 20th, so gather your team and make sure to select a region before then. The exact time registration ends varies by region, be sure to check the schedule in the client for more information so you don’t miss out.
  • Competition begins on July 20 and runs until August 12, with the playoffs taking place on August 13. At that point, score at least 375 Premier points to qualify and have a chance to become one of the best teams in their division. (Oh…and a sweet super title and gun buddy.)

Player behavior updates

  • We’ve added in-game bans for repeat AFK, friendly fire, and queue dodge in competitive and unrated modes.
  • People with live text mute will now also have their voice muted for the entire match.

“Valorant” gameplay

Valorant gameplay is a team-based first-person tactical hero shooter set in the near future. Teams of five players compete against each other, with one team defending and the other attacking. The game is played in rounds, each lasting a maximum of two minutes. Players need to choose agents with unique abilities and weapons to use throughout the game.

Riot Games designed Valorant as a competitive game where players around the world can compete in online tournaments to prove their skills. The “Valorant” professional league is called the “Valorant Champions Tour” (VCT), where teams from different regions compete with each other for the ultimate prize.

The Valorant game team regularly updates the game in an attempt to improve consistency between Valorant games and resolve any problematic gameplay issues. Third-party solutions like OBS Studio are used to record gameplay without an in-game solution.

In each round, the attackers must plant bombs at specific locations on the map, while the defenders try to stop them or defuse the bombs after they have been placed. The game is fast-paced and players must use strategy, communication, and teamwork to win.

Valorant’s maps are beautifully designed, and each agent has a unique set of abilities that can be used to gain an advantage over their opponents. For example, one agent’s ability can be used to blind the entire enemy team, while another can deploy a smokescreen that causes confusion and blocks the opposing team’s vision.

Players can also choose from a variety of weapons, including pistols, rifles, shotguns, sniper rifles, and machine guns. Choosing the right weapon is crucial to success in each round, and players must learn how to use each weapon effectively.

One of the unique aspects of the Valorant game is its economic system. Each player starts with a certain number of points and must use them to purchase weapons, abilities, and armor. Players earn more points by winning rounds, planting or defusing bombs, and eliminating opponents.

To keep things fair, Valorant also offers a “ranked” mode that places players into skill-based tiers. Players can gain or lose ranking points based on their performance in each game.

Valorant’s gameplay is fast, strategic, and competitive. Featuring stunning graphics, unique abilities, and a wide variety of weapons, the game is an exciting and challenging experience for both casual and professional players.
