Conservative commentator Tomi Lahren is coming to Beyoncé’s defense after some of her conservative colleagues criticized the singer’s halftime performance.
The debate took place on X when another conservative commentator, Nick Adams, took the stage to criticize Queen Bey for promoting “hyper-sexualized content” during her show.
“Fans were AMAZED by Beyoncé’s overly sexual halftime show yesterday. Millions of parents turned off Netflix within the first 2 minutes of Beyoncé wearing a revealing outfit and lip-syncing. Soccer fans would much prefer a Lee Greenwood show,” his tweet read.

However, Lahren surprised many by responding to the controversial comments with her own post on X, where she called out conservatives’ “fake outrage” about the performance.
“Can we stop with the fake outrage about Beyoncé? I’m not her biggest fan either, but she gave a good performance and is incredibly talented. As defenders defense, we don’t need to be angry at everything, it’s a fatigue.” charades,” she shared on the platform.

Many conservatives were disgusted with Beyoncé after she publicly and vocally supported Kamala Harris, who ran against Donald Trump in the 2024 election. The singer let Harris use the song “Freedom” as her song. his campaign song and even spoke at a rally in support of Harris.

While Lahren was the one to unexpectedly defend Beyoncé’s halftime performance, another critic was Barstool founder Dave Portnoy, who said the singer hasn’t played well since her Destiny’s days Child.
“Beyoncé has been LOST since Destinys Child,” he said in a tweet that attracted a lot of attention.
That wasn’t the only time Portnoy had beef with the “Single Ladies” singer. One TikTok creator pointed out that Portnoy had disliked the singer years ago, tweeting in 2016 that Beyoncé made him “want to die” and sharing that she “constantly sucks the life out of the building .”
The singer’s show aired exclusively on Netflix when the Baltimore Ravens played the Houston Texans on December 25. She performed several of her critically acclaimed songs. cowboy Carter album and features special guests Post Malone and Shaboozey.
When Beyoncé sang the No. 1 song “Texas Hold ‘Em,” she was joined by her 12-year-old daughter Blue Ivy as another special guest. Blue doesn’t sing, she just dances with her mother, similar to how she was on stage during her mother’s Renaissance tour.
Beyoncé previously performed at the 2013 Super Bowl as a solo artist, but was joined by her former bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams to sing a few of their Destiny’s Child hits. The Queen then returned to the Super Bowl in 2016 and performed with Coldplay and Bruno Mars.
