Luke doesn’t mince words when it comes to his feelings about the November 5 presidential election and its results.
Taking to Instagram for an Instagram Live session, Luke criticized Latino voters who voted for Donald Trump and revealed that black people would not stand with them if they were “deported.”
“Everybody who didn’t vote for Kamala, you’re all stupid – will be deported. You all marched and st already. We’re not going out there to march,” he said.
“Black people won’t march for you. I’m sorry, we won’t march. It’s not black and brown anymore. It’s black people. We won’t march with you” , Luke added.
The former 2 Live Crew leader shared that the battle lines were drawn after the election.
“The line was drawn last Tuesday. We know our place with all of you. White people know their place with white women. Black people know their place with people.” “We thought you were our friends. You went through some things, we were out there fighting and marching and then you did this,” Luke shared.
He shared that some Black people may distance themselves from Latinos in the community in the future before he joked about ICE agents.
“Now you got to worry about those little black girls sitting there looking out the window and calling people to follow you,” said Luke. “Hey ICE. They’re gonna sing the song. ‘Ice Ice Baby,'” he said. Luke said.
NBC reported that Trump won 45 percent of the Latino vote. That number is up 13 points from the 2020 election. This is also a record high for a Republican presidential candidate.
Trump defeated Vice President Kamala Harris in a near landslide victory in his upcoming second term as president. NBC reported that Trump won 312 Electoral College votes to Harris’ 226, carrying seven battleground states despite his convictions on 34 felony charges.
