When will Rebirth Island return in 2024?
Rebirth Island and Castle of Fortune will return to Warzone in early 2024. Activision hasn’t told us an exact date yet, but they hinted at it at the COD Next event. We might see Rebirth Island during Season 2 or Season 2 Reloaded, since Season 1 Reloaded is happening right now.

Players are excited about the return of these maps, especially Renaissance mode. People like Vondel Island and Ashika Island, so they are looking forward to Rebirth Island and Fortune Castle.
As for the first Warzone map, Caldera, we don’t know if it will be back. Activision has yet to say anything about this. They’re focused on making both Call of Duty games even more exciting next season, so maybe we’ll hear about that later.

Call of Duty: Warzone
“Call of Duty: Warzone” is a free-to-play battle royale game released by Activision Blizzard on March 10, 2020. It was the first installment of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, but was later associated with Black Ops Cold War and Vanguard. You don’t need to purchase the main game to play.

The game allows up to 150 players to battle online, with cross-platform play and progression. It has two main modes: Battle Royale and Plunder. Players can use in-game currency at purchase stations to obtain items such as loadout drops. Initially there was a trio mode, and later solo, duo and quartet modes were added.
Warzone has a large number of players, with 6 million downloads in one day and over 100 million downloads by April 2021. Despite its popularity, its servers will be shut down on September 21, 2023 to focus on the production of Warzone 2.0. This new version, Warzone 2.0, was released on November 16, 2022. They are also working on a mobile version.
Call of Duty: Warzone gameplay
Call of Duty: Warzone is the second massive battle royale game in the series, following Blackout mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Unlike other games, Warzone focuses less on gadgets and more on using in-game money (called cash).

Each game can host up to 150 players, which is more than the usual 100 players in other battle royale games. Initially, it had two main modes: Battle Royale and Plunder. Updates added new modes such as Revival.
In Battle Royale, the map shrinks over time, and players can respawn in the Gulag or by spending cash. Plunder mode is all about collecting cash. If your team survives, Revival can revive you.
The game originally featured Verdansk as the map, updated to Verdansk ’84. Later, they added Rebirth Island, Crater, and Castle of Fortune to provide players with different exploration scenarios. Fortune’s Keep is a Mediterranean-themed island.
